Sleepy Sundays are proud to be the exclusive distributor of this product in Australia and New Zealand.

  • All orders are dispatched within 1 business day of your order being received, and we’ll send an email with a tracking order number to let you know your order is on its way

  • Free shipping on all Australian orders.

  • $15 AUD flat rate shipping to New Zealand. Please note that any taxes or duties that may be applied by New Zealand customs are the responsibility of the purchaser.

  • If you’re local, free pick up is also available from the beautiful bayside suburb of Manly in Brisbane. Just send us an email at to arrange.


Change of mind:

  • We know how fabulous our product is and hope you love it too. If once it arrives, you decide that it’s not quite right for you, then please return the roll, with all original packaging within 14 days of purchase. Please email us with your order number and we will give you a return code and details of a return mailing address in Brisbane.

  • Refunds will be issued upon receipt of goods in original condition. Refunds will only cover the purchase cost of the product and not return or delivery shipping fees if applicable. No restock or admin fees apply.

  • If returning your Sleepy Sunday Instant Blackout Blinds, we recommend you track or insure your parcel. As the purchaser, you assume responsibility for any loss, theft or damage of the goods in transit.

  • Please include a note with your order number so that we can track this back to your original payment and refund you as soon as the goods are received by the team.

Faulty Goods:

  • Sleepy Sundays check each roll personally and package on-site to ensure quality control.

  • The blackout material is very fine and can tear easily if not treated with care, however, the material still works and can be overlapped to ensure complete darkness. The material is super fine to allow it to stick using only static. Tearing, creasing and losing static over time are not deemed to be product faults. If you believe the material to be faulty please contact us directly to discuss. If deemed to be a product fault or defect we will arrange a complete refund for you. Please email us at


All of our orders are tracked through to signed delivery. Unfortunately, if a parcel goes missing after it has been signed as delivered we do not refund. Contact us at and we will work with you and our delivery partner to try and track it down.
